The site is home to abundant wildlife, making outdoor spaces with panoramic views of the surrounding reserve essential. Downstairs-living areas open onto large decked spaces, while bedrooms have their own spacious balconies upstairs.

 

The entrance foyer with the front deck will have a timber door leading to the interior. The double-volume staircase next to this door is to have a glazed facade, allowing illuminating light into the central spaces. The entertainment deck to the front of the property will consist of large sliding stacking doors leading to the deck and pool. Upstairs, a narrow walkway will lead to the two separate bedroom wings and two end balconies.
