As you can see from the footprint below this home is built for outdoor living and taking full advantage of the spaces that building with containers can offer. A stunning pathway will lead to the covered entrance way that connects the garage and main house. Upon entry you walk into the opening plan kitchen, living and dining area which has a huge double volume roof structure with clerestory windows to let in stunning North light.
To the one corner of the containers is a a scullery come laundry space which then leads out into the back garden where there will be a raised herb garden and rainwater storage tanks. On the opposite end is a semi-open study space that connects to the dining area.

The two bedroom wings create a lovely covered deck area which leads to the main garden space which faces North. The main bedroom space will make use of the container doors to create a private deck with breakfast (with champagne) bar and seating area. The single garage set just to the front of the house will have an outdoor shower attached to rinse off from a day enjoying the lovely beach nearby.

Large roof overhangs not only allow for rainwater collection but shade the large areas of glass around the house. There are 4 roof structures part of the main house which is really going to be the best feature of this container home. A mixture of Nutec, timber and metal cladding will be added to the fascade aswell as keeping as much of the container sections exposed.
